3. Payments

✔ Work begins only after payment confirmation.
✔ Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
4. No Guarantee of Results
✔ While we use proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee:
✔ specific sales
✔ revenue growth
✔ traffic numbers
✔ business outcomes
Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
✔ Provide accurate information
✔ Submit required content on time
✔ Approve designs within reasonable time
✔ Communicate clearly
Delays from client side may delay project timelines.
6. Domain Registration & Renewal Responsibility
ShreeWebTech does not purchase, register, or renew domain names on behalf of clients unless explicitly agreed in writing. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing their domain name from a domain registrar of their choice.
Clients are fully responsible for:
✔ Domain availability verification
✔ Domain purchase and payment
✔ Renewal before expiration
✔ Maintaining accurate registrar account details
ShreeWebTech shall not be held responsible for domain expiration, suspension, loss of ownership, or any issues arising from delayed renewal, incorrect registration details, or registrar-related policies.
In case a domain expires or becomes unavailable due to client negligence, ShreeWebTech is not liable for any financial, branding, or business loss.
Clients must provide active domain access credentials when required for website deployment. Any delay caused due to non-provision of domain or hosting access shall not be considered a delay on the part of ShreeWebTech.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
✔ Final paid deliverables belong to client.
✔ Drafts, concepts, frameworks, and systems remain property of ShreeWebTech.
✔ We reserve the right to showcase work in portfolio.
8. Revisions Policy
✔ Revisions are limited to the package selected.
✔ Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
✔ Major scope changes are treated as new projects.
9. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party platforms, plugins, or tools. We are not responsible for:
✔ platform downtime
✔ policy changes
✔ account bans
✔ API limitations
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShreeWebTech shall not be liable for:
✔ indirect losses
✔ profit loss
✔ data loss
✔ business interruption
✔ third-party failures
Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

✔ abuse or misconduct occurs
✔ fraudulent activity suspected
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose private business information unless required by law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including:

✔ government restrictions
✔ technical failures
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
