Return & Refund Policy

At ShreeWebTech, we maintain strict quality standards. Due to the nature of digital services, this Refund Policy applies:

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once:
✔ payment is completed
✔ work has started
✔ resources have been allocated

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refund may be considered only if:
✔ duplicate payment made
✔ service not delivered at all due to our fault
✔ legal obligation requires refund
Approval is at company’s sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

✔ Refunds will not be provided if:
✔ Dlient changes mind
✔ Delay from client side
✔ Client fails to provide content
✔ Client dislikes design after approval
✔ Business results not achieved
✔ Lack of technical knowledge
✔ Third-party platform issues


4. Non-Refundable Third-Party Services (Domain & Registrar)

ShreeWebTech does not include domain registration or renewal fees in its service packages unless explicitly mentioned. Since domain purchases are made directly by the client, ShreeWebTech is not responsible for any refund, cancellation, or dispute related to domain transactions.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
✔ Account access may be suspended
✔ Services terminated
✔ Legal recovery may be pursued
We strongly encourage contacting support before filing disputes.

6. Project Abandonment

If client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, project will be marked abandoned and no refund will be issued.

7. Processing

TimeIf refund is approved:
✔ Processing time = 5–10 business days
✔ Method = original payment method only
